Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made electronically between socipop (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the individual or legal entity purchasing digital services through the www.socipop.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”), under the terms and conditions outlined below. By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they have been provided with the necessary information by the Seller prior to purchasing the service and that they have read and understood this information.

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the sale and provision of digital services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website www.socipop.com, including the rights and obligations of the parties. The service specifications and sales price are provided to the Buyer at the time of order.

3. BUYER INFORMATION

The Buyer is the individual or entity placing the order and benefiting from the service via www.socipop.com.tr. The information provided at the time of order is considered binding.

4. SERVICE DETAILS

The service consists of digital services for social media platforms and related packages. The type, scope, duration, and fee of the service are specified in the information provided to the Buyer during the order process.

5. PRICE AND PAYMENT

The service fee is the amount displayed on the order screen. Payment is made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods provided by the Seller. The service will not begin until payment is successfully completed. The Seller is not responsible for any issues arising from banks, payment providers, or infrastructure during the payment process.

6. SERVICE PROVISION

Purchased services are activated via automated systems once payment is successfully completed. The service is delivered digitally and electronically. The Buyer acknowledges that the service is digital and that no physical delivery will occur.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 15 of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:

Digital services that begin immediately and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer do not have a right of withdrawal. The Buyer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that they do not have a right of withdrawal once the purchase is completed.

8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds or cancellations are not accepted once the service has started. No refunds are provided for partially or fully used services. In cases where the service cannot be started due to technical reasons, the Seller will provide support after necessary verification. Refunds or compensations are at the sole discretion of the Seller.

9. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Buyer confirms that all information provided during the order is accurate and belongs to them. The Seller is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. The Buyer agrees not to use the purchased service in a way that infringes on the rights of third parties.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Seller is not responsible for algorithms, policies, access restrictions, or service interruptions of third-party social media platforms. The Seller provides no guarantees if services are affected due to changes on these platforms.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

Events beyond the control of the parties, such as infrastructure failures, internet outages, system errors, or legal regulations, are considered force majeure. In such cases, neither party is held liable.

12. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order via www.socipop.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Distance Sales Agreement. This agreement becomes effective on the date it is electronically approved.
