1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The purpose of this agreement is to define the creation and use of a socipop membership, the rights and obligations related to membership, and the terms and conditions of membership.

2. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT CREATION

Membership is completed when the user fills out the membership form on the platform and accepts this agreement.

The member confirms that all information provided during registration is accurate, up-to-date, and belongs to them.

The member is fully responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.

3. MEMBER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

The member agrees to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, general moral standards, and the rights of third parties.

The member is personally responsible for all actions performed through their account. Protecting account information is the member’s responsibility.

The member must not misuse services or engage in activities that negatively affect the platform’s operation.

4. USE OF SERVICES

socipop provides members with paid digital services and free tools for social media platforms.

Free tools may operate on task-based systems. Their content, usage, and access conditions may be changed or terminated by socipop without prior notice.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY

socipop does not request or store member passwords.

Members are fully responsible for the security of their social media accounts and membership information.

socipop is not liable for damages caused by the member’s negligence or unauthorized access.

6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

socipop is not responsible for algorithms, policies, service interruptions, or account restrictions of third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

Members cannot claim any rights or compensation if services are affected by changes on these platforms.

7. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

socipop reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate membership in cases such as:

Violation of this agreement

Misuse of services

Engagement in unlawful activities

Actions threatening system security

In such cases, the member cannot claim any rights, refunds, or compensation.

8. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Members may terminate their membership at any time.

Termination does not invalidate previously accepted provisions of this agreement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

socipop does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

socipop is not liable for any direct or indirect damages.

10. RIGHT TO MODIFY

socipop reserves the right to modify this Membership Agreement without prior notice.

The updated agreement is effective from the date it is published on the platform.

11. EFFECTIVENESS

By registering on the socipop platform, the member confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Membership Agreement.

This agreement becomes effective on the date it is electronically approved by the member.
