REFUND CONDITIONS

Due to the digital nature of the services, socipop generally does not provide refunds or cancellations. However, the following situations may qualify for exceptional refund, compensation, or reprocessing:

The service is not initiated within the specified time.

The order is not processed within 96 hours of payment confirmation.

The service is delivered incompletely.

The ordered quantity is found to be incomplete after technical review.

The service is applied incorrectly.

The service delivered differs from the user’s request or is executed incorrectly.

In such cases, socipop will conduct a review and may offer a refund, compensation, or reprocess the order. The final decision rests solely with socipop.


1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Services purchased through socipop are activated automatically after payment is completed.

As the services are digital, no physical delivery is involved.

Users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy before completing the purchase.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation:

Digital services that begin immediately do not have a right of withdrawal.

By purchasing, the user explicitly waives the right of withdrawal for such digital services.

3. REFUND POLICY

Once a service has started, refunds or cancellations are not allowed.

No refund is provided for partially or fully used services.

socipop is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the user.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a service cannot be started due to technical issues on socipop’s side, the user may contact support.

After verification, if it is confirmed that the service was never provided, socipop may offer an appropriate compensation or solution.

Decisions regarding refunds or compensation are entirely at socipop’s discretion.

5. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

socipop is not responsible for algorithms, service policies, access restrictions, or account issues on third-party social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).

Refunds are not provided if services are affected, delayed, or do not achieve the expected result due to changes on these platforms.

6. MISUSE

socipop reserves the right to suspend services and refuse any refund if services are misused, platform rules are violated, or third-party rights are infringed.

7. RIGHT TO MODIFY

socipop reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy without prior notice.

The updated policy is effective from the date it is published on the site.

8. EFFECTIVENESS

By purchasing services through socipop, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
